Rawalpindi: New Zealand's batting continues in pursuit of Pakistan's target of 194 runs in the final match of the five-match T20I series.

In the match being played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, New Zealand won the toss and decided to field, Pakistan scored 193 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.

Mohammad Rizwan played a brilliant innings of 98 runs off 62 balls and remained not out, Babar Azam scored 19 runs, Iftikhar Ahmed 36 runs, Imad Wasim scored 31 runs, Blair Tickner took 3 runs and Ash Sodhi took one wicket.
The national team has a 1-2 lead in the series while one match of the series between the two teams was rained out.

Pakistan defeated New Zealand in the first two matches, while in the third match, the Kiwis made a comeback and defeated the green shirts by 4 runs after a thrilling match.

New Zealand and Pakistan have made two changes in the team for the fifth T20 match, New Zealand has included James Neesham in place of Cole McConchie and Blair Tickner in place of Matt Henry, who is suffering from a minor injury, while Pakistan Fakhr Zaman and Zaman Khan have been replaced by Ehsanullah and Mohammad Haris in the playing XI.

Pakistan's playing XI includes Babar Azam (captain), Mohammad Rizwan (wicket keeper), Mohammad Haris, Saeem Ayub, Shadab Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed, Imad Wasim, Faheem Ashraf, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf and Ehsanullah.

The New Zealand team includes Tom Latham (captain and wicketkeeper), Chad Bowes, Will Young, Daryl Mitchell, Mark Chapman, James Neesham, Rachin Ravindra, Adam Milne, Blair Tickner, Ash Sodhi and Henry Shipley.
