The head of the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) Jay Shah has once again refused to send the Indian team to Pakistan for the Asia Cup 2023.

According to Indian media reports, the dispute between the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) over the Asia Cup 2023 has raised doubts over the holding of the tournament.
According to reports, Asian Cricket Council President and Secretary BCCI J Shah is awaiting a response from the participating teams on the venue of the Asia Cup, after which the final venue of the Asia Cup will be decided.
Jay Shah revealed that the Asian Cricket Council has earned US$ 26.2 million, achieving a historic milestone of additional revenue generation.
Recently, Pakistan had objected to the Asia Cup hosting agreement and sent it back to the ACC.

In an interview, Chairman PCB Najam Sethi said in an interview that if Pakistan boycotts the Asia Cup, it may lose 3 million dollars (one billion rupees).
