 A person was caught carrying a bag full of election materials

Karachi: Preparations for local body elections have started in Karachi, while a person was caught carrying a bag full of polling materials near Ayesha Manzil.

A video of a person carrying a bag full of election materials went viral on social media, after which the administration started running. In a viral video on social media, it can be seen that a man wearing a helmet takes a bag of goods off the coaster, where bystanders immediately flock to the man and pelt him with questions.

In the viral video, it can be seen that the said person describes this bag as his personal bag and himself as an official representative, however, after the people gather, the said bag is put back in the coaster.

Also UC 4, Bandhani Colony Liaquatabad vehicle number 10 was found written on the coaster. Regarding the incident, SSP Central Rana Maruf Usman said that the District Returning Officer (DRO) was informed about the incident.

He said that he is making an inquiry and whatever situation becomes clear, the media will be informed.
