Lahore: Lahore Qalandars defeated Islamabad United by 110 runs in Pakistan Super League 8.

In the 16th match played at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore, Islamabad United scored 90 runs and got out in the 14th over.

Rahmanullah Garbaz scored 23 runs and Colin Munro scored 18 runs on behalf of Islamabad United. Tom Kiran 10, captain Shadab Khan, Azam Khan and Hasan Ali 4, 4 while Asif Ali and Reci van der Dosen got out with 3, 3 runs.

On behalf of Lahore Qalandars, David Wiese took 3 wickets, Rashid Khan and Sikandar Raza took 2, 2 wickets while Haris Rauf and Zaman Khan took 1, 1 wicket.

Earlier, Lahore Qalandars scored 200 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the allotted 20 overs while batting first against Islamabad United.

Abdullah Shafiq scored 45 runs on behalf of Lahore Qalandars. Fakhar Zaman 36, Sam Billings 33, Mirza Baig 20, Rashid Khan 18, David Wiese 12 and Hussain Talat 6 were dismissed.

Sikandar Raza returned to the pavilion not out after scoring 23 runs.

On behalf of Islamabad United, Tom Curran took 3 wickets, Shadab Khan 2 wickets while Hasan Ali and Abrar Ahmed got 1 and 1 wicket respectively.
