Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) administrators in Punjab were offered pay-offs to move their loyalties over calls from "obscure numbers", the party's Senior VP Fawad Chaudhry uncovered Thursday and asked Head of Armed force Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir to guarantee nonpartisanship of the foundation.

"The new armed force boss is objective and the organizations are not supporting a specific party in the country," Fawad said while tending to a question and answer session in Lahore following a gathering with PTI Executive Imran Khan.

"Sadly, our MPAs from Muzaffargarh let the previous top state leader know that they got calls from obscure numbers and were offered pay-offs to change their loyalties," he added.

Obscure individuals met the individuals from the joint examination group (JIT) entrusted with testing the death assault on Khan and attempted to direct to them about the test, he said, citing the media reports.
