In its decision reported today, the electing body disregarded the postpone in the accommodation of the subtleties of the costs and guided authorities to tell Khan as the triumphant up-and-comer tolerating the PTI supplication.
As per the political race regulations, "Each returned applicant will, in no less than five days from the date of the political decision, submit return of political decision costs as per the arrangement of area 29."

Notwithstanding, Khan lost the NA-237 Malir-II Karachi seat to PPP's Hakeem Baloch in Karachi, and the other NA seat was lost by PTI pioneer Shah Mehmood Qureshi's little girl Meharbano Qureshi to PPP's Musa Gilani, a child of PPP pioneer Yusuf Raza Gilani, in Multan.
These seats were abandoned when the Public Gathering speaker acknowledged the renunciations of nine PTI MNAs, who had offered abdications altogether as the party strategy.
