 Aamir Liaquat Naziba video case: Court indicts Daniya Shah

KARACHI: The court indicted accused Daniya Shah in the case of viral videos of late TV anchor Aamir Liaquat Hussain.

Aamir Liaquat's Nazeeba videos case was heard before the court of Judicial Magistrate East Mukesh Kumar in Karachi City Court. The court charged Aamir Liaquat's daughter Duay Aamir against Daniya Shah who was arrested on the charge of making her father's video viral.

The court read the indictment and asked the accused what is your name and your father's name? The accused said that my name is Daniya Shah and father's name is Mukhtiar Malik.

The court said that you are accused that before and after 2022 you made a video of Aamir Liaquat Hussain and made it viral on social media.

Accused Dania said that this is a conspiracy against me, it is being done because I wanted the post-mortem of the deceased to be done. The court said that you are accused of making videos of Aamir Liaquat Hussain without his permission.

The accused said that these are false and baseless allegations, there is nothing like that. The court adjourned the hearing till February 2 while summoning the witnesses for the next hearing on the accused Daniya Shah's denial of the health crime.
